How to request a return/exchange

If you believe your item has one of the above defects,
please email us at info@toyfound.com within 3 days of
delivery, with a complete unboxing video as evidence.

The video must be unedited and clearly show:

  1. The shipping label on the
    outer package
  2. The unopened blind box in
    its original condition
  3. The full process from
    opening the shipping box to unsealing the blind box

Our team will
carefully review your video. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will
arrange an exchange (preferred) or a refund, and we will cover the shipping
costs.
Applications without a valid unboxing video unfortunately cannot be accepted.



How the discount codes will apply?

We prepared 4 ways to get discount for our toy fans, 1 will be automatically applied when the purchase trigers the discount, 3 ways need a code pasted:

  • The Lucky Code when you play the spin, the code will be automatically generated but needs to be manually pasted to apply when checkout.
