Return Policy for Designer Toys

We hope every figure brings you joy! 💖 Since our products are limited-edition designer toys, we normally don’t accept returns or exchanges if there are no quality issues.

If you believe your product has a quality problem (such as serious damage, defects, or something that doesn’t match the description), please email us within 3 days of receiving it and attach an unboxing video.
Your video should clearly show:

  1. The shipping label on the package
  2. The product’s original unopened condition
  3. The full unboxing process

Our team will carefully review the video. If we confirm it’s a quality issue, we’ll be happy to arrange a return or exchange, and we’ll cover the shipping costs for you.

Note: Depending on your local consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights to return your order. This policy does not affect those rights.

Return Policy for Blind Box Designer Toys

The fun of blind boxes lies in the surprise! When purchasing a POP MART blind box, you are buying a chance to draw a random figure, not a specific design. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you did not get a hidden edition or your desired character. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Quality-related returns & exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for products with an obvious manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing defects include:

  • Severe breakage
  • Missing major parts
  • Large-scale paint or colour errors that affect normal display

(Please note: Minor paint overflows, small colour differences, or other slight variations are normal in mass production and are not considered defects.)
